Kyrgyzelim.com provides web applications, ordering tools, administrative dashboards, payment-related workflows, email integrations, and related software services for our own projects and for customer-facing services such as cafes and other businesses.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our websites, applications, and integrations, including services that may use Google Sign-In, Gmail API, Stripe, and other third-party providers.

We may collect information that users, customers, or administrators provide directly, such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, order details, account login information, staff records, support messages, uploaded payment confirmations, and business settings.

When a business connects a Google account, we may receive OAuth tokens that allow our application to access only the Gmail data permitted by that business. For Zelle payment workflows, we may read matching Gmail messages to extract payment-related fields such as sender, amount, payment date, confirmation number, and order reference.

We use information to operate our applications, process orders, manage customer and staff records, display analytics, connect payment confirmations with orders, provide account access, improve reliability, and support our customers.

Gmail data is used only for the specific connected workflow requested by the business, such as importing Zelle payment confirmation emails into the transaction dashboard. We do not sell Gmail data, use it for advertising, or share it for unrelated purposes.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request only the access needed to provide the feature selected by the business, such as Gmail read-only access for importing payment confirmation emails.

We may use third-party providers such as Stripe, Google, Gmail, Google OAuth, hosting providers, analytics or monitoring tools, and communication services. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Payment card data is handled by payment processors such as Stripe. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers on our application servers.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including access controls, server-side storage, HTTPS, and restricted administrative access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect data appropriate to the nature of the service.

We share information only when needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect our rights, process payments, provide integrations requested by a customer, or support the applications. We do not sell personal information.

We retain information as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy business or legal requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain security. A business customer may request removal of connected Gmail access or deletion of stored tokens by contacting us.
