We develop and operate software applications for our own services and for customer-facing business tools, including cafe ordering, administrative dashboards, customer management, payment confirmation workflows, email integrations, and related automation.

Some features may connect to third-party services such as Stripe, Gmail, Google OAuth, hosting providers, messaging services, and other tools used to provide convenience and functionality for our customers and their end users.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure, use the services lawfully, and not interfere with the security, availability, or proper operation of the services.

Business customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to connect their business accounts, including Gmail and payment accounts, and to process any customer or transaction information through our applications.

If you connect a Google, Gmail, Stripe, or other third-party account, you authorize us to access and use that account only as needed to provide the selected feature. For example, a connected Gmail account may be used to read payment confirmation emails and import payment details into a transaction dashboard.

You may disconnect integrations or request removal of stored access tokens by contacting us. Third-party services may have their own terms, fees, limits, and policies.

Payment-related features may be provided through third-party processors such as Stripe or through manual payment confirmation workflows. We are not a bank or payment processor, and payment processor services are governed by the processor's own terms.

We work to keep services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product changes.

The software, design, content, and systems we provide are owned by us or our licensors, except for customer-provided content and third-party materials. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse our software except as allowed by law or by a written agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by third-party services, outages, incorrect data, or unauthorized access outside our reasonable control.
